The best way of prevention from any heart problem is to be aware of the causes of coronary heart disease. This disease is common in people that are already aging and they would only be able to discover this disease when they are already suffering from it. But if they only get rid of the possible causes of coronary heart disease, no worst symptom will come into place especially when one is just very strict in avoiding these causes.

This is usually caused by the hardening of the arteries and the blood vessels are no longer that elastic to control any situation of an increased blood pressure. Although this may be common to the old ones, medical research claimed that this disease starts from adolescence that when not minded at all could lead to the worst scenario. Studies would show that not being aware of the causes of coronary heart disease and not being careful on the things that could trigger it, is the common reason why one would develop such disease.

It is but safe to know and be aware of the causes of coronary heart disease. Some of the causes are obesity, smoking, having diabetes and high blood pressure. In women, it must be worth noting that the common bearers of this disease is menopausal that would also include old age. Medical doctors believe that old age also affects the capacity of the arterial walls to withstand the blood pressure and at the same time tolerate the onslaught of infections.

Since these are some of the known and accepted causes of coronary heart disease, these must be highly considered by anyone in order to prevent any instance that could lead to coronary heart disease. Prevention is best done by seeing the doctor regularly and checking the vital signs in order to know how the person is fairing well in his health. People who have discovered a high chance of developing a coronary heart disease must listen and follow instruction given by the doctor as this would be more reliable than personal judgment.

Once diagnosed with such, it is also a must to avoid foods, and activities that may lead to the increase of cholesterol level. It is best to only eat the food that are healthy and nutritious and at the same time exercising regularly. The right food intake must always be paired by exercise so that the body will be properly toned and the muscles get to contract as needed.

What has been unknown to many is the fact the heart disease is a complicated one that may be brought about by many causes. The causes of heart disease are so varied that it may be associated to some damage of the heart muscle by some virus, bacteria, fungi, or parasite. 

Not just associated to old age, but another cause of heart disease is rheumatic fever as well as syphilis. It may also be acquired from one’s genes that may affect the autoimmune system such that it may lack or may have problems with the proteins in the heart muscle.

Some of the causes of heart disease are attributed to some other diseases such as diabetes, atherosclerosis, Friedrich’s ataxia, hypertension,Paget’s disease of bone, Kawasaki disease and many more.

But the major cause of heart disease is the inability of the heart arteries because of the presence of abnormal plaque that would lead to the hardening of the arteries. But studies also claimed that there is also a natural hardening of the arteries which is found to be just natural in any human being as he ages. If the body will not experience the natural hardening of the arteries, it is believed to be the cause of situations like aneurysms and rupture.

Another cause of heart disease is inflammation as it would lead to blockages. One should be careful when he experiences some inflammation that will cause some irritation, inury, and healing in the blood vessels. Such is one major cause of heart disease, as medical experts claimed.

Although heart disease may be very complex, it is still advisable for anybody to be aware of the causes of heart disease and applying preventive measures in order to get rid of any circumstance of such disease. Experts may claim that there is no reliable and perfect cure for this but there is a clear and sure preventive measure to make one live healthily.

It is also believed that by becoming aware of the causes of heart disease and living a healthy lifestyle, one is assured that he is not just protected from heart disease but also from all other diseases that may hit man.

Healthy preventive measures would include right food diet and regular physical activities like jogging, brisk walking or any other form of exercise. These are but some of the ways in order to avoid the occurrence of any form of heart disease.
