The best way of prevention from any heart problem is to be aware of the causes of coronary heart disease. This disease is common in people that are already aging and they would only be able to discover this disease when they are already suffering from it. Once diagnosed with such, it is also a must to avoid foods, and activities that may lead to the increase of cholesterol level. It is best to only eat the food that are healthy and nutritious and at the same time exercising regularly.
