Cholesterol and Heart Disease

There is a very clear connection or relation between cholesterol and heart disease. The increase on cholesterol intake would often bring danger to a person’s heart. People only get to suffer from heart disease later in their life when they have been very insensitive on the needs of their body and how to live healthily.
